Are you HACCP certified?
Yes, Regional is HACCP certified and we are audited annually to ensure that we continue to meet HACCP practices.
Our warehouse and delivery staff are trained in accordance with HACCP and our internal processes and policies relating to the correct processes for storage, handling and the transportation of fresh produce. We employ quality assurance processes which comply with industry best practice and standards which relate to the storage, handling and delivery of produce; in particular HACCP, FSANZ3.2.2, FSANZ3.2.3 and ACT Food Act 2001.
In addition to employing quality assurance processes in alignment with industry best practice, our premises and all vehicles meet food safety and HACCP guidelines.
How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed via:
- Phone - orders can be placed via phone call during business hours (7am to 5pm - Monday to Friday, 7am to 12pm Saturday).
- Email - email orders can be placed at any time and must be sent to orders@regionalfruit.com.au
When placing an order, please ensure that the expected delivery date is clearly marked.
When do you deliver?
Deliveries are provided on Monday – Saturday, there are no deliveries on Sunday. For morning deliveries, phone orders must be placed by 5pm the previous day or midnight for email orders. For same-day afternoon deliveries, orders must be placed by 11am.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the ACT and surrounding regions, including Yass, Bungendore, Braidwood.
What are your opening hours?
We are open from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 12pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. We are open on most public holidays, except for those that fall near Christmas and Easter. We communicate our opening hours during these holiday periods to our customers in advance.

Can I see a price list?
Produce prices change frequently for a range of reasons. Please call, email or drop in to receive an up to date price list that offers the best price of the day.
Where do you source your products from?
Our products come from all over Australia, based on the available variety and current season. We are able to import certain products when required.
I need a specialty product, can you get it?
The large range of produce that we carry generally meets our customer's special requirements. However if there is a specialty product you need (i.e. something that is out of season, or not readily available), please let us know and we will do our best to supply it to you. We generally require a week's lead time for these requests, however we understand that this isn't always possible.
Do you offer any pre-prepared produce?
Yes! We offer a wide range of pre-prepared produce including carrots, onions, cauliflower, broccoli, pumpkin and more. Our processing facility can cater to your dicing, slicing, chipping and peeling requirements. Please contact us with any specific requirements you have and we will let you know how we can help! Please note, our pre-prepared items are made fresh to order and we require 24 hours notice.
